Windows XP Installation Instructions
  1. Uninstall your Windows XP scanner driver.
  2. Disconnect your scanner's USB cable from the computer.
  3. Download the following files: XPDriver.exe, Web.exe~ Web.w0x and up_lib.exe~up_lib.w0x.
  4. Execute the XPDriver.exe program and decompress the program in the temp folder.
  5. Connect the scanner to the computer. A "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box appears. Select the temp folder as the driver's location, and then follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

  6. Execute the Web.exe and up_lib.exe programs to install the Twain driver and the Panel.
  7. Restart your computer, once the installation is complete.
